WHERE CAN I USE THE SPA & WELLNESS VOUCHER
This voucher is valid at Douro Royal Valley Hotel & Spa.

EXPIRACY DATE OF THE SPA & WELLNESS VOUCHER
The voucher is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.

VOUCHER DELIVERY
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After confirmation of payment, the digital voucher is sent to the email address provided to the Reservations Department.

USING THE SPA & WELLNESS VOUCHER
To use your Spa & Wellness voucher, you must make a pre-booking. Advance reservation of the massage is required and therefore you will need to contact the hotel in order to check the availability of the Spa.
At the time of using the voucher, you will need to present your it.

ACCUMULATION OF VOUCHERS
The accumulation of vouchers is not allowed.
Not valid with other vouchers, discounts or promotions.

SPA & WELLNESS VOUCHER EXCHANGE
You have up to 30 days before the voucher expires to exchange it for a superior voucher and upon payment of the respective upgrade.

SPA & WELLNESS VOUCHER RETURN
You have up to 15 days after the purchase date to return the voucher, after that date we will not make any return.
